THE PROJECT
To design a contemporary Mediterranean style 5000 sq.ft. plus, three level,
hillside view home for a family with three generations living together.

A small difficult hillside lot with valley views.

Craig & Mary Beardsley
Burbank, California

THE BUILDER
Two different sized homes were designed for this client.
Working drawings were completed on this design, but
the project was not built due to lack of family consensus.

The Study Model
In the Preliminary Design Phase, this 1/4"=1'-0" scale study model was built.







The Plan
The lower level features a Garage, Workshop, Rumpus Room, Bath with sauna,
Wet Bar, and a Mechanical Room.



The second, main entry level, features the Entry, Study, Livingroom, Dining,
Kitchen, Family Room, Laundry and two Baths, Beardsley-Morris Residence I, Burbank, California, 1977.



The third level has the Master Bedroom Suite with bath and three Bedrooms
which share another divided Bath, Beardsley-Morris Residence I, Burbank, California, 1977.
