My parents bought this RV used from a friend and I often borrowed it for short trips that left me with fond memories.
It was in June of 1967, while I was at Cal Poly, that Leslie and I used it to travel to the lendary Monterey Pop Festival.
We also used it for a trip to Yosemite.

Later, when my folks were not using it, we put the camper up on its own retractable legs.
I used the truck for hauling construction materials for the construction of Sun Hollow House.
Eventually, after my father died, the camper was sold to my mother-in-law for $1 in hopes that she and my mother would use it for travel.
Instead, my brother-in-law converted it for his use.

On this particular day, I followed a deer down the hill beyond the wall shown to get photos.
My reward was to be covered in poison oak.
