I like a good breakfast to start the day...

Most of my breakfasts will consist of a selection of protein, fruit, grains and, hopefully, will be garnished with imagination.

I prefer my eggs poached, my bacon crisp, and my fruit fresh...

Omelette garnished with advocado and almonds and served with crisp bacon, fruit, and banana bread.



Poached eggs on sourdough toast, o'brien potatoes, crispy bacon, fresh blue berries, black berries, and raspberries, with a side of guacamole.
