St. Nicholas' Church (Estonian: Niguliste kirik) was a medieval church in Tallinn, Estonia, built in the 13th century.
It was dedicated to Saint Nicholas, the patron of the fishermen and sailors.
The church is situated at Harjumägi at the foot of Toompea Hill and is now the home of the Niguliste Museum.
