As a history buff, I was always fascinted with the Bronze Age Minoan civilization and their myths and legends of bull dancers, the maze and the Minitaur, and an early architecture
that featured flushing toilets and unique "inverted" columns...
Historians believe this site was has been inhabited since the first Neolithic settlement c. 7000 BC.
