travel the vatican st peters basilica

ARCHITECTS: Donato Bramante, Michelangelo, Carlo Maderno, Gian Lorenzo Bernini (1626)

St. Peter's Basilica is located in Vatican City, the papal enclave within the city of Rome.
The church, in the Italian Renaissance style, is the largest in the world and has been called "the greatest of all churches of Christendom."

This church is magnificent in it's scale, detail, and over-all architecture and is almost impossible to describe in a few sentences.
A must see for anyone.
