travel north america canada alberta lake moraine
Lake Moraine is only a few miles from the more famous Lake Louise... It is a bit smaller and less infested with tourists.
It is also surrounded by some very dramatic mountains and rock formations.
The water is a beautiful "milky" blue.
Lynn and I canoed to the far end of the lake and back as a pseudo re-inactment of the canoe we took onto Lake Louise on our honeymoon.
