I visited the Rib and Chop House along with the rest of my volleyball team playing in the Huntsman World Senior Games.
Both the exterior and interior were clean and the atmosphere was comfortable.
I ordered a ribeye steak with fries. My wife had the fried oysters.
I found the presentation of food to be plain and uninspiring, although the steak had decent flavor.
One of the players ordered the baby back ribs and found them so dry that he had to ask to have them replaced.
He found the replacement rack to be equally dry.
All in all, I thought the experience was quite forgettable and average.
