travel world architecture libraries

It is only recently that I have noticed that libraries are beginning to show some cutting-edge architecture.
Yes, they have been major works in the past, but they tended to follow classic lines.

I learned something from visiting each one of these projects... some were exceptional architecture...
others taught me that fame does not always mean quality architecture...

The ratings shown on these projects are an expression of my own personal tastes and evaluations.
Was the project groundbreaking? Were the spaces inspirational? Was there order and consistently in the design?
How well were the details handled? How was art integrated into the structure? How was the overall experience?
