Shirley Heights, part of the Nelson's Dockyard National Park, is located at the southerly tip of Antigua, was a military complex that overlooked English Harbour.
Most of the structures are now either gone or in ruins.
Shirley Heights Lookout occupies the highest point and includes a bar/restaurant and gift shop as well as viewing platforms and picnic tables.
There is an entrance fee of $8 per adult to enter the park area which includes a historical museum and the ruins of an old British barracks.
