Mimiji in Newport is our favorite place to eat lunch when we want to fill our stomachs but not feel over-loaded afterwards.
It is a small clean restaurant near the center of Newport and the service is always good.
Our favorite lunch is their Lunch Special which includes two sushi rolls of your choice, mizo soup, and cucumber salad.
For dinner, or a larger meal, I like thier Bento Box and Lynn likes their Sushi Tower.
Consistently good.
They also have a restaurant in Newberg, Oregon, where we often have take-out when visiting our son.
