travel north america united states washington anacortes adrift

We dropped in for lunch at Adrift on a Tuesday and had to wait about 10 minutes for a table.
The place is filled with book shelves with a wide selection of old books to browse while you wait or eat.
We started with some edamame for an apetizer for the kids and all enjoyed it.
I started with a small bowl of fish chowder with lots of tasty vegetables and bacon that was very good.
I ordered cod for the fish tacos... there were several choices including cod, catfish, and halibut.
They were very good, but were made better by the pico de gallo and the garlic aioli that came with them.
The kids oredered a cheese burger that also looked good.
